Thank you all so much for your interest in and support of Hand Jive and Nature's Palette™. The list of shops carrying yarns, patterns, or both is growing daily. Check the list below for a shop near you (or a convenient internet store).

The current line of yarns includes Nature's Palette™ Fingering Weight Merino, Organic Green Sheep™ Columbia Worsted Weight and Thick/Thin Bulky Merino yarns. You can read about the Fingering Weight and the Organic Worsted Weight Columbia on Knitter's Review. I'll be introducing a new yarn in January, a lace-weight silk and wool blend, so stay tuned.

Meanwhile, be sure to check out the wonderful new book from Potter Craft - The Natural Knitter - featuring Nature's Palette™ yarn. Potter Craft News

And for all of you sock lovers, Cat Bordhi's new book New Pathways for Sock Knitters: Book One is a must have. It's an amazing book, and Cat used Nature's Palette™ Fingering Weight Merino yarn for the very special Max's Springy Ring Socks. You'll also find a cool pair of men's socks using Nature's Palette™ Fingering Weight Merino yarn in Debbie Stoller's newest title, Son of a Stitch 'n Bitch: 45 Projects to Knit and Crochet for Men.

Interested in learning a little more about the natural dyeing done at Hand Jive? Then take a look at a new dye book by Linda Labelle, The Yarn Lover's Guide to Hand Dyeing: Beautiful Color and Simple Knits. Linda spent several days here last year following the process from leaf to finished product, just one of the many dyeing techniques beautifully presented in this unique book.
